Two new Bishops for Europe

In His first exceptional session held in Balamand, the Holy Antiochian Synod elected Bishop Ignatius (Alhoushi) as Metropolitan of France, Western and Southern Europe and Bishop Isaac (Barakat) as Metropolitan of Germany and Middle Europe.
