His Beatitude John X holds the Divine Liturgy in the Antiochian Parish in Abu-Dhabi.

The parishioners gathered in the Church of St. Nicolas in Abu-Dhabi, as His Beatitude, Patriarch of Antioch and all the East John X, presided the Holy Liturgy assisted by Metropolitan Isaac (Barakat) Metropolitan of Germany and Central Europe, and the Patriarchal Vicar Efraim (Maalouli), in addition to the fathers and deacons.  

This Divine Paschal Liturgy has been transmitted on Tele Lumier and NourSat in Emirates, Syria, Lebanon and diaspora.

At the end of the Holy Liturgy, His Beatitude held a speech in which he explained the meanings of the true resurrection and how to reflect them in our life.    

Also, His Beatitude addressed the Parish’s priest, Archimandrite Stephan Naimeh, thanking him and awarding him a Cross appreciating his efforts in serving the parish.

“You plant in us the words of Jesus, and we receive them as a fertile land that grows wheat, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold (Mathew 13: 8), so we may return to the resurrection of life, instead of the resurrection of judgment, affirming that we do have the same Antiochian language!”
