Seminar entitled "Citizenship"

 

Under the patronage of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and All the East, and within a series of "Cultural Meetings to Build a New Syria", a second conference entitled "Citizenship" was held in the hall of the Church of the Holy Cross - Al-Qassaa.

It was presented by Dr. Fadi Esber and Dr. Nawar Najma, and moderated by Dr. Maher Amari.

The conference addressed the concept of citizenship to be guaranteed by a constitution that ensures justice and equality among all components of the one nation.

During their interventions, the youth expressed their desire to contribute to building Syria by increasing cultural and social awareness and participating in political work.

The seminar was enriched by numerous interventions on education, the constitution, forms of political life, and the role of the media, and tolerance, all of which are conducive to building a homeland that unites all its children.
